Advanced Meditation Teacher Training is the second step on our three-level path — for graduates of the Foundational (Level 1) program ready to go further. The complete syllabus, day-by-day structure, dates and fees are still being developed, but here’s what this level will build toward —
- The deeper workings of the mind — Samskāras, Vṛttis and Kleśas
- Advanced meditation systems beyond the Level 1 toolkit
- Yogic psychology and working with difficult mental states
- More advanced teaching methodology and group facilitation
- An extended supervised teaching practicum
