परशा जी — Vaibhav Ji
A teacher shaped less by scripture first, and more by a decade spent finding his way back to his own body — and, in the process, back to himself.
“Ancient wisdom. Modern life. One breath at a time.”

Beginnings
A mind always reaching for more
I grew up in a family already living close to the yogic and spiritual path. Long before I understood what any of it meant, I was drawn toward one question: what is the highest potential of the human mind — and of humanity itself?
Spirituality had always pulled at me. Since childhood, I wanted to become the best possible version of myself, for my own sake and for the world’s. But wanting something and knowing how to reach it are different things. My mind wandered constantly, restless, without direction — until direction found me in the last place I expected it.
The Turning Point
When the body gave up
I fell seriously ill, and for two years I could not get out of bed. My body was shutting down, and the doctors were direct with me: this, they said, is how the rest of your life will look.

Thirty-five tablets a day held the line, and that was all they did. There wasn’t much a body that could barely move was permitted to do — but meditation asks nothing of the body.
So I meditated. Sometimes for an entire day at a stretch, because it was the one thing still available to me.
The Rescue
The sickness became the blessing
The more I sat with myself, the more I looked at my own life honestly — without the noise, without the distraction of a body demanding to be elsewhere. Slowly, life began to make sense. I can only describe what happened as befriending myself, many years into being alive.
“The more I meditated, the more I thought about my life and looked into myself. Life started to make sense — I felt like I had finally befriended myself.”
With regular meditation, my health began to return. I went from 35 tablets a day to living a full, healthy life — a recovery the doctors hadn’t prepared me for.
What Remained
A truer self, and what stands behind it
The journey that began with falling apart — physically, and in many ways mentally — became the very path that led me to a higher, truer version of myself. In that stillness, I experienced something I can only call the presence of the supreme being within me.
That experience didn’t stay private for long. It became the reason I continue my family’s tradition: spreading yoga, and helping others discover who they really are beneath the noise.

The Teaching Today
Three threads, one practice
Everything I teach through Parasha Foundation moves toward the same three things — not as steps, but as a single, ongoing practice.
आत्मन्
Ātman
Learning to connect with the inner self — quietly, honestly, without performance.
स्वरूप
Svarūpa
Discovering your own uniqueness, rather than someone else's idea of who you should be.
ब्रह्मन्
Brahman
Experiencing your connection to the supreme being — the thread that runs through everything.
