Cancellation & Refund Policy
If your plans change, let us know early. We distinguish a cancelled place, a returned class credit and money refunded to your original payment method.
Enquiries open · Online payments and donations paused
Information reviewed 7 November 2026
Our current payment status
Online payments and donations are currently paused. Enquiry forms do not charge you. The policy below applies to eligible confirmed programme bookings.
Online and residential programme refunds
Cancellations of online and residential programmes receive a 100% refund of the amount paid. Any amount already refunded is deducted so that the same payment is not refunded twice.
Request cancellation through the controls available for your booking or contact the team with your booking reference. If self-service controls are unavailable, the team can review the request.
Pass and membership class credits
For pass and membership class credits, the automatic free-cancellation window remains at least 24 hours before the class starts, using the stated class timezone. An eligible credit is returned once to the original pass or membership period. It is not converted into cash or a new membership period.
Staff decide late cancellations. Until a decision is recorded, the credit remains used and the booking should show that it is awaiting a staff decision. An approved return restores the original credit; a retained decision leaves it used. Cancelling a class does not cancel future membership renewals.
Other in-person classes and date changes
For other in-person classes, the standard cash rule remains a 100% refund when cancellation is received at least 24 hours before the class starts; later cancellations have no automatic cash refund. This timed rule does not reduce the 100% cash refund for online or residential programmes.
Date changes retain their existing cancellation-window eligibility and depend on available capacity. The stated class date, time and timezone determine the cutoff. Contact the team when the normal controls are unavailable.
Request a change or cancellation
Use the controls available for your own booking, or contact the team with your booking reference, programme, date and requested change. Date changes depend on capacity and the rules for that booking. An enquiry or waitlist entry is not a confirmed booking.
For a refund query, include the payment reference, amount and payment date. If the payment is already partly refunded, only the remaining eligible balance can be considered. Do not pay again or submit repeated refund requests while an earlier request is being checked.
What a refund status means
A requested, pending or processing refund is not the same as funds credited to your bank. A provider-accepted refund can still require processing and reconciliation. A failed or uncertain request needs review before another refund is attempted.
Approved online refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the money. Ask us for the refund reference if you need to trace it.
Refund requests are reviewed and approved refunds initiated within five business days. Your payment provider or bank may take additional time to return the money. We will confirm the recorded outcome and refund reference.
If the foundation cancels
If the foundation cancels a programme or cannot deliver the booked session, contact us to arrange a refund or a credit towards a later date or another programme, based on your preference.
Gifts, passes, memberships and donations
Before purchasing a gift, pass or membership, obtain its written validity, expiry, renewal, transfer and purchase-refund terms. A class-credit return does not promise a cash payout of unused credits or cancellation of future subscription charges.
Online donations are paused. If a mistaken or duplicate donation needs review, contact us with its transaction reference; no blanket non-refundable donation rule or guaranteed refund is implied. This policy does not remove rights under applicable law.
