Information we handle

Enquiries and applications may include your name, contact details, programme interests, preferred dates and the information you choose to put in your message. Please share only the health or accessibility information relevant to safe participation.

Where booking or account services are available, records can include your account identifier, attendance or booking details, preferences, correspondence and cancellation history. Payment records can include amounts, currency, provider references and refund status.

If online donations become available, eligibility records may include your citizenship and own-funds declarations, country checks and payment references. Online donations are currently paused.

Why we use it

We use relevant information to answer enquiries, organise programmes, administer bookings and account services, communicate changes, resolve payment queries, prevent misuse and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

A service message about an enquiry or booking is separate from marketing. You can ask us to stop optional marketing messages without cancelling necessary service correspondence.

Service providers and payment data

Hosting, email, security and payment providers may process the information needed to deliver their services. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose records where required by applicable law.

If Razorpay payments are enabled in future, payment credentials are entered through the payment provider’s secure flow. Our booking records can retain transaction references, amounts and status; they do not require your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password. Cookies and website services

Account and security features use essential cookies and technical information such as IP address and browser details. Country information can be used to check donation eligibility; a country check alone does not prove citizenship or ownership of funds.

Traffic measurement and embedded services, where enabled, may receive technical usage data under their own policies. Your browser settings can restrict cookies, although some account features may then stop working.

Keeping information and your choices

We retain information for the purpose it was collected and for applicable accounting, dispute, security or legal recordkeeping needs. A request to remove personal details may require anonymising a record while retaining an accurate financial history.
