Do I need previous yoga experience?
No. Beginners and experienced practitioners are both welcome. Practices are taught progressively and adapted where appropriate.
Is the program physically demanding?
The schedule is active, but balanced. Participants are encouraged to practise according to their abilities and to inform the teachers of any injuries or health concerns.
Will I have free time?
Yes. Each day includes time for rest, journaling, personal reflection, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
What kind of food is served?
Freshly prepared sattvic vegetarian meals inspired by traditional yogic principles.
