The Path
Three levels, one continuous journey
Meditation Teacher Training at Parasha Foundation is structured as a progressive path rather than a single fixed course. Each level is a complete, standalone certification — you don’t need to commit to the next one to benefit from the last — and each goes deeper into practice, philosophy and the craft of teaching.
If you’re new to teacher-training hour counts: Level 1 sits around a 100-hour training in depth, Level 2 goes beyond a standard 200-hour program, and Level 3 goes beyond a standard 500-hour program.

Level 1 · Dhyāna Praveśa
Foundational Meditation Certification (14 Days)
14 Days, Residential · Comparable to a 100-Hour training
A residential immersion for beginners and practitioners alike — establish a personal sādhana, study selected Yoga Sūtra and Gītā teachings, and complete a supervised teaching practicum.
Level 2 · Dhyāna Sādhana
Advanced Meditation Certification (6 Weeks)
6 Weeks · Beyond a standard 200-Hour training
For Level 1 graduates ready to go deeper — the obstacles and patterns of the mind, advanced meditation systems, yogic psychology, and more advanced teaching skill.
Level 3 · Dhyāna Ācārya
Master Meditation Certification (3 Months)
3 Months · Beyond a standard 500-Hour training
For Level 2 graduates ready to lead — deep scriptural study, sustained personal sādhana, retreat leadership, program design and mentoring other teachers.

About the path
Do I need to complete Level 1 before Level 2?
Yes. The levels build on each other — Level 1 establishes the personal practice and foundational teaching skill that Level 2 and Level 3 build on.
Do I have to complete all three levels?
No. Each level is a complete, standalone certification. Many students stop at Level 1 and begin teaching; others continue the full path toward Level 3.
How do the levels compare to hour-based teacher trainings?
As a general guide: Level 1 is comparable to a 100-hour training, Level 2 goes beyond a standard 200-hour program, and Level 3 goes beyond a standard 500-hour program.
