Programme confirmation
An enquiry is a request for information. Before attending, obtain confirmation of your programme, dates, times, timezone, format and location. Do not make travel arrangements on the basis of an unconfirmed enquiry.
When booking services are available, keep the booking reference and confirmation message. Contact us if a message does not arrive or the details do not match your request.
Online sessions
For an online programme, the joining method and access instructions must be included in your confirmation or supplied by the team before the session. Ask about device, connection and preparation requirements before committing.
If access is missing or not working, contact us with your booking reference and session time. Do not share a private joining link or another participant’s details publicly.
In-person and residential programmes
Confirm the venue and arrival arrangements before travelling. Accommodation, meals, transfers and materials are included only where your written programme offer expressly lists them.
For a changed or cancelled programme, contact us about the arrangement for your booking and review the Cancellation & Refund Policy and any separate written programme terms.
Physical shipping
We do not currently sell or ship physical products through this website. Courier charges, dispatch estimates and physical returns therefore do not apply to the current service-only website.
If physical products are introduced later, their delivery areas, shipping charges, dispatch timelines and return conditions must be published before they are offered for sale.
