Introduction to Kundalini Tantra
Vaibhav Parashar | 60 minutes
About This Class
Kundalinī means ‘coiled energy’ — a form of divine feminine energy (śakti) resting at the base of the spine in mūlādhāra. Through Kundalinī Yoga practice, this gathered energy moves up the spine through the chakras toward the crown.
The aim is heightened self-awareness: quieting the mind and clearing energy blockages so vital force flows unobstructed. Practice combines demanding breath work, physical postures, sacred chants and contemplative techniques. Not recommended for absolute beginners — a Hatha and meditation foundation is expected.
