Full Moon Meditation (Purnima)
Vaibhav Parashar | 90 minutes
About This Class
Pūrṇimā — the full moon — has always been the tradition’s night for collective practice: the mind, like the tide, runs high, and meditation done together steadies it. Once a month the community gathers for an evening of chanting, prāṇāyāma and a long shared meditation under the full moon.
It is the simplest offering in the calendar and one of the most loved: no curriculum, no levels, just the practice, done together, at the time the tradition prescribes. Newcomers are always welcome.
What to Expect
A quiet, candle-lit evening: opening chants, guided settling, long silence, closing circle.
