Antar Mauna — Inner Silence

About This Class
Antar Mauna (‘inner silence’) is a systematic pratyāhāra practice from the tantric tradition. Rather than suppressing the mind, it turns awareness around to watch it: first the outer sense perceptions, then the spontaneous stream of thoughts, then thoughts created and dissolved at will.
Stage by stage, the practitioner stops being the thinker and becomes the witness — and in that shift, the mind’s compulsive momentum unwinds by itself. It is one of the most honest meditation methods there is: nothing is hidden, nothing forced, everything seen. Recommended after a foundation course or an established sitting practice.
What to Expect
Structured stages taught progressively over the course — sense awareness, thought-watching, willed thought, inner silence.
