About This Retreat

A complete introduction to living a balanced yogic lifestyle. Learn yoga philosophy, meditation techniques, breath awareness, yogic diet and a daily routine (dinacharyā).

More than a retreat — a week that reintroduces you to a life of clarity, energy and ease.

A 7-day yoga retreat in Rishikesh — living the practice

A full week of ashram life on the edge of Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. This is the most complete of our residential retreats: not a program you attend but a rhythm you inhabit — sunrise sadhana, Hatha yoga, kriyas for energy awakening, yoga philosophy you can use, yogic diet, and the daily routine (dinacharyā) that ties it all together.

Why a week matters

Seven days is long enough for the yogic day to stop feeling like effort and start feeling like yours. By the end you will have lived — not just learned — a balanced daily structure: when to practice, how to eat, how to work with the breath, how to close the day in silence. Guests often arrive after a shorter stay with us; if you’re new to retreats, the weekend retreat is a gentle first step, and sincere practitioners considering the teaching path can explore the 200-hour teacher training.
