Classical Hatha — Intermediate Level
Vaibhav Parashar | 75 minutes
About This Class
For students whose foundation is already steady, the intermediate class moves from learning postures to inhabiting them. Holds lengthen, transitions refine, and the breath — rather than the shape — becomes the real object of the practice.
Classical techniques enter progressively: preparatory bandha work, longer prāṇāyāma ratios, inversions approached with patience, and seated practices that ask for genuine stillness. Entry after the foundation courses or with an existing regular practice.
What to Expect
A quieter, more demanding room — fewer instructions, more depth. Regular practice between classes is assumed.
