Dharna — Breathing Meditation
Vaibhav Parashar | 45 minutes
About This Class
Breath awareness is the most universal meditation technique in existence, and for good reason: the breath is always present, always honest, and directly wired to the state of the mind. In this course, attention is trained on the natural breath — not controlling it, simply knowing it fully.
Session by session, the observation refines: from the obvious movement of the belly, to the touch of air at the nostrils, to the subtle pause between breaths. Concentration built this way is stable and portable — usable in a queue, a meeting, a difficult conversation.
What to Expect
Progressively subtler breath observation with guided anchoring whenever the mind wanders.
