Dharna — Kaya Sthairyam

About This Class
Kaya Sthairyam means steadiness of the body, and the tradition is blunt about it: until the body is genuinely still, meditation has not begun. This course takes that single requirement seriously, training complete physical steadiness through systematic awareness of posture, sensation and the body’s subtle movements.
What sounds simple becomes profound in practice: as the body truly stills, the breath refines by itself, and the mind — deprived of its habitual fidgeting outlets — turns inward with surprising force. Students consistently call it the most underrated practice they have learned.
What to Expect
Progressively longer motionless sits with guided body awareness, building to genuine effortless steadiness.
