Dharna — Happiness Is Me
Vaibhav Parashar | 45 minutes
About This Class
We usually treat happiness as a result — something that arrives when conditions are right. The yogic view is more radical: contentment (santoṣa) is the mind’s natural state, revealed whenever the noise quiets down. This guided series is a practical exploration of that claim.
Each session uses relaxation, breath awareness and positive resolve (saṅkalpa) to dissolve the habitual tension between ‘what is’ and ‘what should be’. Students report not a manufactured cheerfulness but something steadier — a background okay-ness that persists through ordinary days.
What to Expect
Deep guided relaxation, gentle inquiry, and a personal saṅkalpa developed over the course.
