Dharna — Power of Visualization
Vaibhav Parashar | 45 minutes
About This Class
The mind thinks in images long before it thinks in words, and yogic tradition has always used this: yantra, inner landscapes, the imagery of yoga nidrā. This course trains visualization deliberately — first as concentration (holding one image steadily), then as transformation (imagery for healing, confidence and resolve).
Visualization is not daydreaming; held with awareness, an image organises energy and emotion around itself. Students learn to build, hold and dissolve inner images, and to plant a saṅkalpa — a resolve — at the depth where it actually takes root.
What to Expect
Guided image-building practices of increasing subtlety, ending in a personally chosen resolve.
