Self-Realisation Meditation

About This Class
Every practice in the catalogue quiets the mind; this one asks who is left when it quiets. Self-Realisation Meditation is a contemplative inquiry course drawing on the Vedāntic tradition: attention is turned from every object of experience — sensation, thought, emotion — back toward the awareness in which they all appear.
The method alternates stillness with guided inquiry (‘To whom does this thought arise?’), not as philosophy but as direct looking. It asks maturity of practice and genuine earnestness, and gives back the only thing yoga was ever finally about.
What to Expect
Long silent sits, precise guided inquiry, and unhurried discussion — a contemplative container, not a technique factory.
