Vipassana Meditation
Vaibhav Parashar | 60 minutes
About This Class
Vipassanā means seeing clearly — insight into things as they actually are. The practice observes bodily sensation systematically and with equanimity: neither craving the pleasant nor resisting the unpleasant, simply knowing each sensation as it arises and passes.
That simple discipline, sustained, quietly rewires the reactive mind. Impermanence stops being an idea and becomes an observation; equanimity stops being an aspiration and becomes a skill. The course teaches the method progressively with sits of increasing length and depth.
What to Expect
Guided scanning technique, growing periods of silent practice, and honest discussion of what arises.
